The visitor / user of the website is requested to read carefully these terms of use and to visit / use the pages / services of the website, only if he accepts them unconditionally. While the visitor / user entering this website, it is presumed that he has become aware of the terms of use, accepts them unconditionally and waives any relevant claim. These terms of use can be modified to change at any time without notice, and visitors / users are therefore invited to check periodically for any changes. The use of the website after the modification is considered as acceptance of the terms of use, as they were modified.

1. Modifications of terms, partial invalidity, waiver of the right

The Company has the right to add, modify and / or remove at any time any element and / or information contained on the Website, as well as to temporarily or permanently a part or all of its services without any notice at its sole and distinctive ease. Any invalidity of some terms herein does not result in the invalidity of the others. Failure of the company to excercise the rights resulting from these terms, shall not imply its surrender from these rights.

The Company is committed to the accuracy, truth and completeness of the information provided in the online store, in terms of the identity of Company and the transactions provided through the online store. The company, in the context of discretion, is not responsible and is not committed by electronic data entries made by mistake during the common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever it realizes their existence.

The Company in the context of its transactions from the online store is not responsible and is not obliged to compensate for any damage or loss arising from the cancellation of orders, failure of persurance or delay in their persurance, for any reason. It does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store, but informs based on the observed data about the availability or not of the interested customer and undertakes in case of change of these data, to inform the customers promptly about the unavailability in which case has no further responsibility. The online store provides the content (e.g. information, names, photos, illustrations), products and services available through the website exactly as they appear in there. In no case, the Company is not responsible civilly or criminally for any damage, which may be suffered by a visitor of the online store or a third part for a cause related to the operation or not , (or) the use of the website, (or) inability to provide service, (or) products ,(or) information made available by it, (or) any unauthorized interference by third parts with products, (or) services, (or) information, which are available through it.

The links that are included in the Website, lead to pages of the store or to websites of third part providers, companies, etc. These related websites are not under the control of the Company and the Company is not responsible for the contents of any such website or any link contained in a related website, or any changes or updates to such websites. The Company is not responsible for any form of transmission received from any linked website, as the Company provides these links to its online store, only to facilitate the use of the online store,their use is not mandatory for the visitor / customer and the fact that they are included in the online store does not imply that the Company approves or accepts their content.

B. SHOPPING TERMS

1. Pricing policy

The Company's online store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer.

2. Payment methods

The Customer can pay the price of the products that are for sale in the online store, as well as the other agreed charges and adds-on in the following ways:

2.1. Via Credit Card

The online store accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON and MAESTRO credit cards through VIVA online environment. The price is paid in one lump sum. The use of a credit or debit card is charged to the store at the debit amount of each Bank. The Customer is responsible for the correct reference and the verification of his credit card details and the Company does not bear any responsibility in case of an error.

2.2 Cash

The Customer can pay off the price for the sale at the cash register of the Company's branch, at 3 Vyronos Street - Korydallos, Attica and/or 5 Korai Street - Nea Smyrni.

2.3 By cash on delivery

The Customer can pay off the amount for the sale by cash on delivery, i.e. by paying the amount in cash to a specially authorized employee of the Courier Company, upon delivery of the products at the place of delivery specified by the Customer. The possibility of payment by cash on delivery is valid only if the total price of the sale does not exceed the amount of one thousand five hundred euros (1,500 €) and the payment is made only in cash. For payment by cash on delivery, the Customer is charged with the debit amount of the courier company. This charge appears on the purchase completion page entitled "cash on delivery costs", after the Customer chooses cash on delivery as a method of payment and before the completion of his order.

 The cost of cash on delivery is € 2.50.

2.4 By deposit in a Βank account

The Customer can pay off the sale price by depositing the amount in the Bank account of the Company:

During the deposit, the Customer will necessarily indicate, in the information to the beneficial owner, the order code and his name. In this case, the products of the order are sent after the deposit appears in the Bank account of the Company.

3. Shipping Methods

3.1 Via courier company ACS, Minimum shipping € 2.50 within Attica.

3.2 Via receipt from the store

The Customer can pick up his order from the company's store, located in Korydallos, Attica, at Vyronos Street no. 3 and/or in Nea Smyrniu, Attica, at Korai Street no. 5, with opening hours 10: 00 - 18:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday and 10:00 - 21:00 on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 

4. Online Dispute Resolution

The entity that covers our online store for out-of-court resolution of disputes, is the Consumer Ombudsman.

C. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data processing is done in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), for certain areas with more specific National and European legislation, the current Greek legislation for the protection of personal data, as well as for the protection of personal data and privacy in the sector of online communications (Law 3471/2006, as applicable) and the decisions of the  Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).
